Last updated: October 2026. The short version: your images never leave your device, and we do not collect them, store them, or look at them.
Every tool on this site runs entirely in your web browser using standard browser technology. When you choose or drop an image, it is decoded and re-encoded on your own device. The image is never uploaded to a server, never transmitted to us, and never stored anywhere by us. We could not view your images even if we wanted to — the site is deliberately built so that this is technically impossible, not just a promise. One tool (HEIC to JPG) loads a decoding library file from a content delivery network when you first use it; that download contains only program code, and your image data is not sent with it or at any other point.
There are no user accounts on this site, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information in order to use the tools. If you contact us by email, we will only use your address to reply.
Like almost every website, the hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operational purposes. These logs do not include your images or the contents of any file you process.
The tools themselves do not set tracking cookies. If advertising is shown on this site (for example through Google AdSense), the advertising provider may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads where permitted. You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings, and — where required — a consent prompt will be shown before advertising cookies are used. Google's use of advertising cookies is described in Google's own privacy documentation.
If this policy changes in any material way — for example if a tool ever did require a server upload — the change will be described on this page before it takes effect, and the "last updated" date above will be revised.
Questions about privacy can be sent via the Contact page.
