Bug reports, conversions that went wrong, and tool ideas — all welcome.

Please mention which tool you used, your browser, and what went wrong. If a specific file fails to convert, describing its format and size helps — but please never email private photos; a description is enough for almost every bug.
Reports of a tool failing on a real file are the most valuable messages this site receives and are looked at first. Tool requests are read and kept on a list — tools are added when several people ask for the same thing or when search demand clearly shows a gap. Questions about a specific conversion are usually answered by the FAQ on that tool's page, which is worth a quick look first.
